By purchasing a course, creating an account, or using the EDRIMS platform (edrims.io), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. EDRIMS is operated by EDRIMS Limited, a company registered in Nigeria.
Accounts are created automatically when you purchase a course. Your login credentials are sent to the email address you provide at checkout, and where available by WhatsApp. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information at purchase; notifications and access depend on it.
Access to your course content — videos, notes, and downloadable resources — depends on the payment option the creator chooses for that course, as described below.
Your access to a course, its community, and the AI Teaching Assistant depends on the payment option the creator chooses for that course. For a one-time payment, you receive lifetime access to the course, its community, and the AI Teaching Assistant. For a subscription, you have access to all three for as long as your subscription is active; if it lapses, access to all three is paused until you resume. For an installment plan, access unlocks as you pay — content you have already unlocked and the community remain available, but if an installment is missed, the next part of the course and the AI Teaching Assistant are locked until your payments are current.
Every course purchase carries a money-back guarantee of at least 7 days. Some creators offer longer; the applicable period is shown at checkout. Within that period you may request a refund directly from your account — no approval required, processed automatically to your original payment method.
For courses paid in installments, the refund covers the initial payment. A refund revokes your access to the course, its community, and its AI assistant immediately. After the guarantee period, all sales are final.
Students who have watched at least 30% of a course's video lessons may generate an affiliate link for that course and earn a 30% commission on sales made through their link. Commission is calculated on the gross sale amount and paid according to the payout schedule in your affiliate dashboard.
Self-referrals — purchasing through your own affiliate link — are prohibited and automatically blocked. Affiliate attribution uses a 30-day cookie; the most recent affiliate link clicked takes attribution. EDRIMS may withhold commissions and suspend affiliate accounts for fraudulent activity, including artificial traffic, misleading promotion, or circumvention of attribution.
Questions about commission or attribution should be raised with support@edrims.io as soon as possible after the sale in question.
Creators (Experts) earn revenue on every sale of their courses:
Creators never pay hosting or platform fees; EDRIMS earns only when creators sell.
Content must be original or properly licensed. By publishing on EDRIMS, you confirm you hold the rights to all content you upload. EDRIMS may review, request changes to, or reject content that violates these terms or applicable law. Creators may update their content at any time. Updates are reviewed before publication and delivered to existing students at no charge.
If a student refunds a purchase, the corresponding creator earnings and any affiliate commission for that sale are reversed.
Creators who connect third-party tools (such as CRM or marketing systems) to their funnels are responsible for those tools' handling of buyer data and for complying with applicable data protection law in their use of it.
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payments are processed by our payment providers; EDRIMS never stores your card details. Card details used for installment plans or subscriptions are tokenised and held by the payment provider, not by EDRIMS.
Course prices are set by creators and may vary — including time-limited pricing, launch pricing, and offers that change based on when you first viewed the course. The price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay.
You may not share account credentials, redistribute course content, scrape the platform, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. Violation may result in account suspension without refund.
The platform is provided "as is." EDRIMS Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Course content represents the views of its creators; results described in courses are not guarantees of your results.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via the contact details on your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
